Help getting my domain name back?

    Ok, so, I own the domain name brooke-seipel.com but lost control of it. I have my customer number, and all the info to prove I own the account and just spent time on the phone with Wild West Domains to get it transferred back to me, but there appears to be a problem like my original wordpress account associated with it doesn’t exist? So now I can’t transfer it over here?

    I had deleted a bunch of websites to clear things up and tried consolidating my wordpress accounts b/c I had multiple in college for some reason — anyway, now I’ve lost control and just want to get brooke-seipel.com back under control.

    That domain and site are up and running. But you are logged in to the wrong account as that site is connected to another account of yours, beingbrookeseipel.
    As you have a paid plan, you can very easily restore access using the transaction ID, https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

    So the only proof of ownership I have is the transaction ID to recover my account, from when I spent $ on a wordpress transaction in Feb of 2017, but my bank statements don’t go farther back than April 2016 (bought my domain in Feb 2016 I believe so I can’t find original number.)

    The transaction number I have in my bank statement for that other 2017 purchase isn’t being registered as valid in the account recovery form so I don’t have proof of ownership. Is their a reason that old transaction ID doesn’t work? Or anything else I can do. I didn’t have an activation URL b/c my email doesn’t go back that far b/c I delete emails. And I never set up a two-factor authentification code. So idk what to do.

    If it helps I can write out the transaction ID from that one purchase.

    I asked my bank to send a statement to me from January 2016 so hopefully I have that transaction number in 7-10 business days. But if the 2017 one doesn’t work I’m not sure why the 2016 one would.
