Help how can I sign into old account, no longer have that email

  I have a WordPress site that I haven’t used in three years. My email has changed which is preventing me from logging in so I can’t log delete the website. Anyone know what I can do please? Thanks

  thanks,I tried that with the id I hit at the start but it didn’t recognise it. I don’t have anything else as I can’t get into that email. My account has now been blocked and email to reset password I no longer have. Do I can not do anything.
