Help I can not remember login info for a site I created

I am currently logged into an account that has 1 of my sites on it but the one I am trying to access and update is not listed.
Who can I get within WP to assist me with this? Either by phone or by email or maybe chat?

I went through all my emails. I think its one that did provide a code to reset password. But the problem there is – I left that company and I wont be able to access that email that WP sent me.

If you don’t have access to the correct email address for that account any more, then the only other way we can give you access is via our account recovery process, here:

Thank you so much. I will look at that form and fill it out with all that I know. I just thought of this …. would it be possible to take the one I can not access at the moment and move it to the account I can access so I only have 1 account to worry about?

You can move a site from one account to another, yes:

But you will need to regain access to the account that owns the site before you’ll be able to transfer ownership from that account to the one you’re using to post here.

Ok thats fabulous news.
BUT I filled out the form. It is making me select one of 3 boxes. Since the account is old and I no longer have access to that email account, it will not accept what I’ve typed up.
I don’t recall if I set up 2 factor (phone # or a second email. I provided both email accounts in that form I filled out.
The transaction code – have not purchased it, it is free. Once I finish designing I will seek a paid account for a proper domain name.
The activation / key code – that probably was in the account that was deleted by the school/MicroSoft.
I feel completely stranded.

Hi –
We can’t grant access to the account unless provided with proof of ownership that is outlined on that account recovery form. One last attempt might be to contact the Tech Dept for the school and see if they can temporarily reinstate the email address so that you can get the account access sorted.

what happens if they tell me no as I’m not an employee any longer and I do not want to sign up for a class for it to be enabled as I’m not employed at the moment and do not have the money to waste. they told me that Microsoft controls it now with their Office 365 accounts. its not like it can be turned off/on when needed.
doesn’t your system allow for a second email account (well maybe not when I set that one up). I prefer email as I do not give my cell # out.
if not, i hope i can get those graphics downloaded as I made that banner at the top myself and very proud of that work.
what if I had a school ID badge as proof ? I may have it (never used it for anything).

The only proof of ownership we can accept are those items listed on the account recovery form. This is how we keep user account secure.
Go to the site in your browser and right click on any image that you want to download. You should be able to do that.
