  Just found this support page, and tried to renew.
  Saw 2 products up there and was confused as to which ones I had purchased previously.
  So that I don’t lose this domain, can you call me on 07702 435234 and guide me through the process.

  You had previously purchased WordPress.com Premium ($99/yr) and used the included domain to register myinnertribe.me.

  To renew WordPress.com Premium, which would include another year of registration for myinnertribe.me, would be $99.

  thank you for your support,.
  just been on link; pressed renew for 2 products with 24/11/14 expiry date.
  nothing went into the cart?
  and lots of products below which i want to ignore, but the screen which asks for the credit card or paypal hasn’t shown itself..!

  I see you are using Internet Explorer 9, a fairly old browser at this point. I suspect that is the issue. Could you try using a recent browser version? Perhaps Chrome or Firefox?
