Help! I just installed the Medicare WordPress Premium Theme and it won’t import data for installation to be complete.

  I purchased via my host, a theme called Medicare Premium Theme (according to my on my invoice). It had a cost and I wanted to do minimal work. It did not include details of having WP bakery for which I do not have a license to install updates. The latest verison is 6.4 and not 6.6 which my worpress plugins keeps highlighting me to update. I am not sure if that’s the reason importing data takes me to a 500 error page. All pluging were installed for use of this newly purchased theme.
  I am not sure what to do. I called bluehost support help twice. They made sure my site was smooth with no errors. But the only issue seen was that my newly purchased premium theme was not the latest verision of itself. Can someone check my domain: caribbeanhairtransplants.com

  I may need to cancel if this does not work out, sigh….

  We can’t help you as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. The only one who can help you is the vendor of that theme.
