Help in getting a zone record

  I’m trying to get a zone record from my already registered website http://www.example.com.sg, however, it says that it cannot be done, and to contact Support, hence this email.

  The Big Picture:
  I’ve registered a webpage name (i.e. http://www.example.com.sg), and want it to be directed to http://examples.wordpress.com. I’ve change the DNS server over at my web hosting side, but I still unable to map the existing domain onto wordpress because of the .sg at the end. Help, please? My thanks!

  We need the real domain name you need help with to help you – is example.com.sg the real domain name?
