Help Locked Out of My Account

Recently saw the notification that my domain thegreenpulpit.wordpress.com has expired; I no longer have my old phone to access the two-part verification nor do I know where I put the access codes. I saw on some forum posts that the account can be recovered through the email, is this option available? I would like to renew my premium account for this site.

A free WordPress.com address like thegreenpulpit.wordpress.com cannot expire. Do you mean thegreenpulpit.com?
That domain shows that it was renewed yesterday. Did you manage to regain access to the account or do you still need help with this? If you still don’t have access, please submit our account recovery form, and someone well reply to you via email to help you regain access:
