help, locked out of my site

  Hi, I am new to word press and I am having a lot of trouble. I am inexperienced in this area so please excuse my confusion of terms.

  I was building a site for thecottageoshc.org, I was introduced to this project at a later stage when the site had been built already in word press. it was my job to upload content to the site and then get it live to the domain above.

  I was told to connect tot he word press admin via the link:

  http://s526273288.onlinehome.us/wp-login

  log in details were provided. I was able to get my head around how wordpress worked and i was sucessful in uploading content to the site. things were ready to go to transfer the built site to ‘thecottageoshc.org.

  I was having a lot of trouble getting the site that was built to show up @ thecottageoshc.org. I went into the settings tab in word press and changed then something like the web address for where i wanted to site to be hosted.

  I was then locked out of wordpress for the site that is supposed to be at http://s526273288.onlinehome.us/wp-login and i cannot get back in to fix the problem.

  please help, I do not want my company’s website to be lost and i dont really know what I did.

  I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble. However, http://s526273288.onlinehome.us/ is a self-hosted WordPress.org blog, which we really can’t help with.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  WordPress.org has complete documentation and support sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at http://codex.wordpress.org/ and http://wordpress.org/support/
