Help Logging In

    I am unable to login completely, retrieve my password, validate my domain, etc. I literally cannot do anything. I have a receipt of payment and confirmation of my account through January 2019 so my domain is not expired. There is no record of my e-mail address and my domain page will not fully load to access help. My website is not complete as I have procrastinated it for quite a while but now that I am ready to complete it, I am unable to do anything. I cannot chat or call anyone either. Please help! Thank you!!!

    Hi there, I see an upgrade on the account that you are logged in here with. To access the site that is referenced above, click on My Sites at upper left and it will take you to your site interface where you can and and edit content.

    If you are talking about a different site, can we have a link to that site please?
