    I made a personal plan, paid, later I just realized that in the personal plan you do not have the ability to add videos. I was also changing domains and I decided I didn’t want that package. I asked for money back, I returned the free domain, and now it’s not doing anything to me, and I didn’t get the money back. I can not go to the website, nothing works ie, my site does not work when I go with any browser does not work. I’m asking you to clarify and the money back.

    I can see you have changed your site’s address just recently, and gustirnagusti.wordpress.com loads and works correctly on my end.
    Are you sure you’re checking the correct address?
    If so, could you share a screenshot of what you see on your end? You can use an online tool for that (such as https://snipboard.io/) and paste the link into your reply.
