Help me download a plugin?

    I’m trying to download the plugin ‘Quick Page/Post Redirect.’ But when I search for it on the plugin page, I get no results. I tried downloading it off the internet in a separate web page, which worked, but now I can’t drag it onto WordPress.

    Also, the WP keeps changing the way it looks. It starts out in grayscale (and easier to navigate), then switches to bright blue and white and half of my sidebar options disappear. Let me know if I can submit screenshots to show you what I mean. I’m pretty sure the plugin page would work if it didn’t switch from grayscale to blue and white! I feel like I’m on a totally different website.

    If you are talking about https://postcollegeconference.wordpress.com/ note that here at WordPress.com we can’t install our own plugins. They are designed for self-hosted sites using the WordPress.org software. Regarding the dashboards (if again you are talking about the site linked to your name), yes we currently have a choice of two. The newer My Site/Calypso dashboard and the original wp-admin dashboard.
