Help me fix my sidebar please

  My sidebar ended up on the bottom part of the blog, and if you try clicking on it, you can’t since it will load more posts. I tried fixing it as per your support page but I can’t seem to get it right.

  According to WordPress, if I can’t fix this, I should contact them and they can fix it for me. I can’t seem to find the contact email for them :(( – anyone have it?

  PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me get the sidebar back up on the right hand side, top again. Thank you!
