  PLEASE HELP ME!!!

  I am being harassed on my site by (email visible only to moderators and staff). His comments are horrific and offensive. PLEASE HELP ME. I am a freelance writer and cannot afford to have my site stay private because of this person harassing me.

  All I can suggest is to set your comments to require approval by a moderator

  Dashboard >> Settings >> Discussion >> Before a comment appears >> An administrator must always approve the comment

  Then find a friend to check your comments for you so you don’t need to look at them – or grow a real thick skin – there is no way to stop someone from commenting on your site unless you turn all comments and contact forms off – you can do a limited amount with the black list – but people can get new email addresses easily and IP addresses are now shared by many people
