Help me merge Jetpack data after domain changed

  I am the owner of a wordpress blog at (formerly) https://www.ngaunhien.info. Recently, I have changed the domain to https://www.ngaunhien.me. But when I reconnect Jetpack, I cannot find a way to merged data, inluding stats, followers from old domain to the new domain. Jetpack has created a fresh start, and there is no tool for me to merge with older data. I understand that thing need to be perform from Jetpack support team’s side, not mine

  So please help me merge Jetpack data from old URL https://www.ngaunhien.info with https://www.ngaunhien.me. The Jetpack connected account was the same account as before.
