Help me remove a scamer

  Hi. everybody . can you tell me how to remove this user : [link removed]
  He use wordpress to spam and scam .so many user in my country very hate him but we dont know how to..
  I am from Vietnam. I am sorry for my english is not good.

  When you are logged in, visit the blog in question – at the top of the page you will see a gray bar – click on the “Blog Info” pick “Report as Spam” – then fill the form out as why you think the blog should be suspended.
