Help me with recovering my site admin login username and password

I have a problem logging in to my wp site https://thapasunil.com.np/
Now, I am not able to log in to my wp-admin
Every time I try to log in it says invalid email and password
I tried to do forget password method, but it says, can’t found the email address.
please help me recover my username and password
I will really appreciate it

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with DigitalOcean.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
