Help Move Subscribers
-
Hello I just moved my site to a self-hosted server. The domain name remains the same, which is greensandsweetthings.com. I would like to have my subscribers moved over and your help documentation said to contact you to do that. I have installed Jetpack, connected to wordpress.com acct, and enabled the sharing plugin/widget on the new site.
In the help docs it also says that all my email subscribers will automatically receive post updates, but I don’t see the email subscribers listed in the new site admin/stats/subscriber area. So in addition to moving the wordpress/blog subscribers, I want to make sure the email subscribers are also set up to receive emails on new posts. Perhaps you can explain how that IS working, or let me know what I need to do to get it working properly?
I have a csv export of all the subscribers from wordpress.com site.
Thanks so much for being available and for your support!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The blog that I need help with is greensandsweethings.com not dev.luisanaughton.com, not sure why it is saying that in the original post!
thank you!

Hi there,
I moved your WordPress.com and email subscribers to your self-hosted site at greensandsweetthings.com, as requested.
Now that they are moved over, your email subscribers will automatically receive email updates for your new posts — you don’t have to do anything else for that to happen. Your WordPress.com subscribers will keep getting updates in the WordPress.com Reader, but if they’d like to also get email updates they will need to subscribe to those on your new site.
Please let me know if you have any other questions about that!
