HELP! My Account is Deleted but I can’t reopen

Hi, I created a free account on May 13th using jlmetcalfauthor. I didn’t have the time to devote to it and I deleted/canceled the account. Now I am ready to create an account using the same email address but I cannot log in or create a new password or anything to create a new account. Can you help??? I cannot submit the account recovery form because I don’t have any of the info to ‘prove’ it’s my account – I did not pay for anything at that time (but am planning on now) and got a text notification to confirm the account which I deleted. I just want to be able to use my same email to set up my new website and blog. Thank you.

Note: That is NOT the correct account (jlmet.wordpress.com) – it is an account called jlmetcalfauthor

Hi there,
When you delete an account it takes 30 days for all info related to the account to be removed. The email address you used for that account cannot be used with a new account until it has been completely removed from the deleted account.
When you deleted that account we sent you an email to confirm that the account had been closed.
Please reply to that email for help with this – we can only assist with a deleted account if the request comes from the exact same email address that used to be connected to that account.
