Help need to renew domain!

    My Domain http://www.wildfire-lab.com expired ! I use it for work so I absolutely need it back. I couldn’t get into the account that paid for the original domain. Please let me renew ! it expired two days ago. Please let me know how I can access it to renew.

  • As you have pointed out, there are no upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.

    If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:

    thanks for you reply. The email address I sent from is the address to which i received the reminder updates.
    I have tried logging on with another account but because the website http://www.wildfire-lab.com is no longer there I cannot see it on any of my logins.

    Usually I can see the website from all accounts. So I still cannot renew it.

    I can try the account recovery form but I am not sure I have
    Do you have a transaction ID?
    Do you have an activation URL or key?
    Do you have two factor authentication codes?
    I have had the website a long time !

    There must be a way that wordpress can switch the domain back on so that I can see it and renew? It has only been 2 days

  • As this involves both billing and ownership of a domain, we cannot proceed without receiving the request from the account which owns the domain.
