I’ve got in a real muddle with this.
I’m struggling to confirm ownership as I gave my email address wrongly by missing out a letter, so I have not have received any email confirmation. The site i was paying for is @livingthe5waystowellbeing -
Okay. We can help you get that sorted out. First, what is the URL or link of the site that you were billed for? When I look in our system for a username of livingthe5waystowellbeing it does not exist.

Hi! In our forums you can typically expect a response within a few hours. Adding extra replies in the meantime might actually slow us down, so avoid doing that.
Also, I don’t know what email you sent, so we’re still working on figuring out what site you’re being charged for. Can you respond here, and tell us the site name? It probably ends in .com and should not have any spaces.
If you’d rather not work here in our forum, you could also use the form at wpchrg.com to figure out which site the charge is associated with.
