Help needed: Transfer Google Workspace billing from WordPress.com to Google

  Hi,

  I currently have a Google Workspace subscription purchased via WordPress.com (Automattic) for my domain, everyonecreative.co.I’ve cancelled the subscription from my Purchases page, but in Google Admin it’s still showing as reseller-managed (Automattic), so I’m unable to set up billing directly with Google.I’m also no longer hosting my website on WordPress.com, so I’d like to manage this directly moving forward.Would you be able to help release the Google Workspace subscription from the reseller, so I can take over billing in Google Admin?If possible, I’d like to keep everything as is:

  • Same domainSame usersAll existing email data

  Please let me know once this has been done, or if there’s anything needed from my side.
