Help new to WordPress

How can I embed a “Purchase” link or a “Click for More” button onto the top of my blog so that someone can get re directed to my Amazon store account to actually purchase my product?
Also, since I just upgraded to Premium, does that now mean that all the blogs I create now under my account I can register with a customised domain name, or ONLY JUST ONE? Please let me know, thanks!

Welcome to WordPress.com! You can add a link to your store just like any other image link on WordPress.com:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/links/image-links/
If you want to add it to your sidebar, take a look at this:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/image-widget/

Please note that a custom domain is associated with one site. Currently it is associated with your rbechtold.wordpress.com site. So your site is now found at beerandyourhealth.com. Even if your readers go to rbechtold.wordpress.com they will automatically be redirected to beerandyourhealth.com.
The Premium upgrade is associated with just one WordPress.com site: rbechtold.wordpress.com. If you create another site (even within the same account), you will have no purchase another yearly Premium upgrade if you want that site to have Premium.

Thanks so much for the info, that was very helpful! I have another question/issue. When I go to see what my home page looks like on my iPhone, or mobile view, it is cutting off the header and title. I also tried enabling the mobile theme but then it took the entire header picture out. Can you please let me know how best to set up my mobile profile so it looks as good as my main home page on my laptop and iPad. Thanks! -

It looks like the Mobile theme has been disabled. Please go to Appearance > Mobile and enable it.
