Help! Not able to access my web site

    Hello, I have a web site posted on wordpress at http://www.pixel-zen.com. My subscription should be coming up soon and I tried to sign in to check it. I thought the email of record is (email visible only to moderators and staff) and I was able to sign in to that, but is shows no record of a web site or previous billing info. Can you advise?

    Hi there,

    The account you’re logged into and using to post here has never owned any sites or upgrades on WordPress.com.

    The site you mention belongs to a different WordPress.com username, pixelzenart, and is connected to a different email address than the one you provided in your post above. For security reasons I cannot tell you that email address.

    Please log out of this account and log back in using the correct username, and you’ll be able to renew your upgrades. If you don’t remember your password, you can see our recovery options here:

    All upgrades on that account are good until March 2019, though, so you’re in no immediate risk of losing anything :)
