Help – Plan upgrade in the middle of annual personal plan

    Hello,

    I wish to purchase the Personal Plan initially to launch my website. Depending on the response and the success I might want to upgrade halfway through my Personal Plan annual subscription. My question is would I be able to do that? What would be the additional costs? I cannot find the answer anywhere and I would appreciate your response to help me with this.

    Hi there,

    Yes it’s no problem to upgrade to a higher plan at any time, and we will add the remaining value of your current plan to the cost of the upgrade so you do not pay full price.

    For example, if you choose to upgrade 6 months from now, you will have used half of your Personal plan ($48/yr) and you would have $24 in value remaining. We would apply this credit toward the Premium plan so that instead of being $96 it would be $72 in your case.

    E.g. $96 – $24 = $72
