Help please!

  Hi! I have the Button theme, and I’m not able to do the stuff I was able to do before the update. I can’t edit my background and look through the background options that WordPress had, and I can’t edit my widgets anymore. If you can help, please do! Thank you for your time. :)

  Hi @kaitlynrh1, which site has the button theme? I can see three sites here on our servers, but they’re all using different themes. If you’ll send a link we’ll take a look.

  Hi! My blog Kaits AG Crafts use to have the button theme, but I changed it today. I’m so sorry about that. <3 But it’s still not letting me do the same stuff on it.

  I can’t edit my widgets anymore

  If you are logged in as Admin under the same username account that registered the site any and all widgets can be added or removed here

  http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/widgets.php

  *Just replace NAME_OF_BLOG in that URL and click.

  Also, note that widgets have visibility settings that determine which pages they will be displayed on. See: Widget Visibility https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/#widget-visibility

  I can’t edit my background

  Every theme has a detailed theme description page and this one is at https://wordpress.com/theme/nucleare That’s where set up instructions for it are found and the link to the live demo site.

  If you have any issues changing the background as described at https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/custom-backgrounds/ clear your browser cache. https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

  If you are not successful please provide this specific info:
  (a) Exactly what kind of device you are using to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com.
  (b) Exactly which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary http://supportdetails.com/
