  Good evening, I am struggling with customizing my blog. I have no idea what i am doing

  The site namtravels.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on BlueHost Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.

  To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and BlueHost also happens to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here.   Specifically, we have created a set of unique customization tools and built in themes that do not behave the same as what you have on self-hosted WordPress sites, so we would not be able to direct you on how to customize your current site.
