Help Please iPower and WordPress

    Hello Folks,

    I have had a long standing account with iPower and currently still have them for hosting. My website was in dire need of an overhaul so I decided to use the WordPress association in order to design and develop my new site.

    When I logged into my iPower dashboard and activated WordPress I needed to enter my WordPress account information for the integration to work. My issue is this…

    If I log into my WordPress account with my credentials I do not see anything. I need to use the manage prompt in my iPower dashboard to then open the WordPress for my website and domain, but when I have been logged out as long as I put in my credentials it will take me back to my domain and website in WordPress. It is very strange for me but obviously I am missing something.

    So as a result I can not use the iPad app in order to upload and media or anything like that because as stated if I log into the WordPress account directly, it takes me to an empty dashboard.

    Thoughts and help please.

    We can’t help you as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. You must contact your hosting support to solve this problem.
