Hello, sure no problem. I have not set up a blog because that is not what I am trying to do. I am a small fashion business and I am trying to develop a custom website. The buttons on wordpress.com are not working for me and I would really like someone to help me start my website. I am already purchasing a URL it is Daykeyla.com and now I just need to build a website. Where and how do I start. Once again I am not a blogger and do not have any interest in blogging. Is there someone who can help me develop my customized website step by step? I have some background in CSS web development.

I understand. However, that sort of site building is not a service that WordPress.com offers. And in fact, you may find that a self-hosted WordPress site may be a better fit for you.
