help pls!!! i need to upload images and i cant change the permissions

  hi there,

  im getting this issue:

  “” has failed to upload due to an error
  File is empty. Please upload something more substantial. This error could also be caused by uploads being disabled in your php.ini or by post_max_size being defined as smaller than upload_max_filesize in php.ini.

  i already tried changing the permissions through filezilla but is not working yet…. could you help me witha that pls???
