Help point wordpress.com registered domain to Mediatemple

  I would like to redirect my WordPress.com registered domain to my Mediatemple account and after reading directions it’s unclear how to make this work.

  What exactly does the cname record need to be?

  They use ns1.mediatemple.net for a cname.

  Hi there,

  You don’t need to create a CNAME record to do this. You can point your WordPress.com registered domain to Media Temple by using their nameservers:

  • NS1.MEDIATEMPLE.NET
  • NS2.MEDIATEMPLE.NET
