  Domain recently expired and not listed under my purchases. Need support redeeming.

  I don’t see any history of domain registrations under your account. Which domain name are you referring to?

  I checked and was able to find it. You’re right – becarpenter.com is now in a redemption period. The charge is a $80 late renewal fee in addition to the $18 we charge to renew the domain. Please confirm here if you agree to pay the fees and I will begin the domain restoration process along with providing a manual payment.
