Help redirecting domain where hosting has expired

    Hi,

    This is actually a post trying to help my sister, any advice is much appreciated! She bought a domain name through wordpress.com and had it point to a website hosted elsewhere. The domain was registered with Wild West Domains via WordPress.

    She then set up a G Suite account using her domain name.

    All was fine and good until she let her hosting expire (!). And ever since she’s found herself locked out of her G Suite account so can’t access her emails.

    She’s tried to transfer her domain to her new host, but can’t as WordPress sends the code required to her email which of course she can’t access.

    Wild West Domains say they’re unable to help as the domain was registered through WordPress.

    Wordpress can’t be contacted so she’s kind of stuck. Does anyone have any thoughts on how to resolve this please? You will earn her eternal gratitude as this has been dragging on for about sixteen months :D
