Help refund

    Hello

    I had mid understood the monthly plan when buying the domain and believed I was paying monthly however once the purchase was through and I realised the 36 months paid in full .. I can not afford this and would like to cancel and be refunded .. I have purchased this 10 mins ago. Could you please help refund this as soon as possible please thank you.

    I’ll be glad to look at this closer. After reviewing the account you’ve used here, I can see that it has never made any purchases through WordPress.com. Our upgrades are billed in 12 or 24 month options, but not 36.

    Please use https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ to confirm that the charge was from WordPress.com and not a different hosting provider. Entering the details there will tell you. Don’t post them here, this is a public forum, and anyone can see it.
