Help removing my name and image from WordPress site

Hello, I am in litigation with Peter Sinkevich, who owns petersinkevich.com. I got an anonymous tip that he is using my name and image on his website for an endorsement, but I do not endorse him, as he embezzled from me, and I sued him. When I messaged him via the website, he blocked me somehow from seeing the WordPress site. How do I take further action from WordPress to remove my name and likeness from petersinkevich.com?

The site at petersinkevich.com is not hosted on WordPress.com, so we have no control at all over that site. The domain, petersinkevich.com, is registered with Ionos.com, and the site at that domain appears to be hosted with Amazon Web Services, so you’ll need to contact those companies for help with this.
The site is using the open source WordPress software which anyone can download and use for any purpose they want. WordPress.com is just one of many hosting providers for that software, and we only have control over WordPress sites that are hosted on our servers.
