Help setting a landing page before the WordPress site loads

  Hello,
  I am trying to set a landing page that will give users the option to choose from a mobile site or desktop site. If user clicks either link, it takes them to that particular WordPress site. Right now typing in my website takes users directly to my WordPress site, which is not Mobile friendly. I want to add an option just prior to hitting the WordPress site. Any help is greatly appreciated
