HELP! site is crashed and wont let me log in because i changed my general settin

  I changed the url in general settings and now I can’t log in, and the site isnt viewable. i looked up this problem and to fix it i have to go into the database? what? this site wasn’t originally made on my computer so i dont have any of the files for it? i dont think. HELP! how do i get this problem fixed.

We provide support only for free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and you are posting to the wrong support forum. WordPress.com and WordPress.org have different log-ins and run different versions of themes with same names. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
