Help taking over my own website control and hosting

  I had some company in Pakistan that made our wordpress website for us and was doing seo work. We were paying them yearly for hosting and seo work monthly. This company appears to no longer exist and have been unreachable for many months. I have the website user name and password which I changed. This happened in the past and I lost the domain name because I didn’t have the user and password for my website, so a new one was created in .com instead of the old .ca one. I need help with this process so I can pay the hosting fee and keep my website running.
