Help Thinking Through A Solution

  I am building a site in Worpdress that has some unique feature requests and I am trying to gather some information and get some opinions on what would work best to get close to a solution on the following.

  This is a website for a real estate investment firm so they are wanting to let the ground partners submit information about the project in various stages with before and after photos and info kind of thing.

  The easiest way to explain is to give you the end result and then get any opinions that may get us to this goal.

  We will need a section of the website that is only accessible to the investors or a particular project and that all the info on that section would be put there by the ground partner doing the real estate deal. They will need to upload photos at 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% to show the investor where their money is going. We also have to keep in mind that some ground partners will not have the computer expertise to manually input the info into WordPress so we need to have some sort of input form where it automates the process and then puts them into that specific section of the website.

  We are using gravity forms to make posts from calculated inputs already which is working well and is automated but this next phase is more involved and a bit of a challenge.

  You need WordPress.ORG, not WordPress.COM, and so you should ask in their forums instead.
