Help to figure out if copyright infringer is a wordpress user.

There is a site that is sharing an entire blog post of mine without my permission. I have asked them to remove the content but they have not responded. I suspect they are a WordPress site because of their side-bar, but I am not sure. I am a WordPress blogger. I was hoping you might be able to figure out if they are a WordPress site so I can take the next step to advise WordPress to act to stop their infringement.

That is not a WordPress.com site, but a site hosted elsewhere using software from WordPress.org. Consequently, we can’t help you. Your best bet is to find and contact their web host with a DMCA notice.
