Help to recover our site please, email address does not exist error

  Good evening,
  I have a probleme to my website wordpress.

  When we buy the premium option on the wordpress the 04/06/2022 we make mistake in adress. We write (email visible only to moderators and staff) , and the good writing was: (email visible only to moderators and staff).
  But i make a mistake and the good mail in reality it’s : (email visible only to moderators and staff).
  BIG MISTAKE!!
  But i think have a time waiting to have a premium option and i use my website, but premium option not arrive and i make my investigation because the money is withdrawn from the bank account on 07/06/2022.

  Now i have understand a mistake when we buy a premium pro option, please help us to retrieve our website.

  Tell me please, how we can retrieve the correct website registered under the mail (email visible only to moderators and staff).
  Our correct address is : (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  I realy need help to recover this site with paid option!!
  I could not even validate the order despite the money taken.
  Please help me !!!! And help us!

  Totally understand your frustration over this mistake, but no worries – we’re here to assist! I see that it appears to be a misspelling in the email as you say.
