Help transferring a domain name to a pre-existing blog as opposed to a brand new
-
I bought a new domain name (www.thesportysightseer.com) which I wanted to use for a blog I have already been writing for several years now. However, I must have made a mistake because it seems as though now http://www.thesportysightseer.com is now a completely new blog. I would like my blog at http://thesportysightseer.wordpress.com/ to be found at http://www.thesportysightseer.com… how can I make this happen?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
You can transfer upgrades to a different blog you own by going to Store > My Upgrades in your dashboard and clicking on “Transfer to another site” next to the upgrade you want to move. We have more details about that here: My Upgrades: Transferring Upgrades
I went ahead and moved your domain thesportysightseer.com for you, so it’s linked to correct blog at http://thesportysightseer.wordpress.com/ . It can take some time (sometimes up to 72 hours) for domain changes like that to take effect, so don’t be surprised if you still see the other blog for a little while longer when you visit your domain.
Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)
