Help transferring hosting from Bluehost

    I currently have my website hosted through BlueHost and am trying to find a cheaper way to host my wordpress site. Is hosting through Word press only $4 a month? If so, is there an easy way to transfer hosting from Blue Host to WordPress in a smooth way?
