Help! Trying to delete info/website

    I deleted my account but my website links with pdfs that were public still show up and they contain private and personal informantion. What can I do?

    Can you share the media file links here? Then I can make sure that the files have been completely deleted from our servers.

    But even if they’re completely deleted from our servers, they might still exist in other places on the web. Deleting them from WordPress.com only removes them from our servers. It does not remove them from search engine indexes and cached pages at, for example, Google or the Internet Archive, and people might still be able to access the files there until those services choose to delete them.

    To have a cached file removed from Google, you’ll need to contact Google directly.
