HELP – UNABLE TO LOG INTO MY PAID ACCOUNT IT HAS BEEN FREEZE?

    Dear WordPress,

    I refer to the above subject and has a paid account under the above url name. Recently I am unable to to log in. I need to remove some of the site content and has not been able to log in. I can’t find anyone either to help. Can you please help to check what is wrong with this website. This is very urgent for me as I need to remove and update my contents as soon as possible. I am now not able to access to this website.

    I may have cancelled my credit card that’s paying the wordpress website without remembering that that card is the only card I am using for my wordpress paid site. I have been paying for a period of 2 years plus already and this year, I cannot access to it.
    Please reply as I have been trying to resolve this issue for a long time otherwise my website is stuck and not moving there.
