Help Updating Email Updates Profile Picture

    Hi all,

    I recently changed my website’s logo (hosted through bluehost) and, for whatever reason, I cannot find the option to change the profile picture for the notification emails I receive from WordPress. Every (email visible only to moderators and staff) comes through as my old logo. Of course there’s no way to contact WordPress – anyone have any ideas?

    Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
