Help Updating Site in Admin Platform

  I am getting the following message when I try to update our site in the Admin platform…
  ‘Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response.’

  Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff).
  WP.com: Unknown
  Jetpack: Unknown
  Correct account: Unknown
