HELP- ‘Warning! The file already exists. Please manually delete it before using this plugin’

    I am logged into my WordPress site dashboard and a message saying ‘Warning!
    The file /home/sosheroa/public_html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php already exists. Please manually delete it before using this plugin’ has appeared, meaning I can’t access anything on my site! It doesn’t give me any help in how to manually delete this.

    Can anyone please help? I can’t click on anything else in my wordpress without this popping up.

    Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Posting here as this is the only google result:

    If you still have this issue, you might have two caching plugins activated and they’re both trying to write that file. Use only one caching plugins, to avoid similar conflicts.
