the staff that set up the account for domain thejewishpost.ca is no longer with the company. He used a personal email that no longer exists. How can I access the account?

Reach out to him and ask for the username and password he used so you can log into the site to change the email address associated with the site. I hope he wasn’t involved in setting up the domain name itself or without login details to the registrar from him you might face problems when the domain expires.
