help with app charges after I deleted my blog!

    I deleted my entire blog 2 weeks ago, but I am still getting charged by the different apps like Recipe Builder and so on. HELP!! Can you tell me what the apps were that were purchased by me, so I can stop those charges from keep coming???

    Hi there!

    Note that any apps (or plugins) you purchased were outside of WordPress.com. On WordPress.com, you only purchased the WordPress.com Business plan, registered a domain, and a G Suite subscription. All three are canceled as of now. So if you are still being charged for any plugin or something (even if that was for your WordPress.com site), that is coming from a third-party service provider.

    You may want to look into the transaction details on your bank/card statement to see if there’s a way to contact the company directly. We have no way of knowing who they are so you’ll need to reach out to them to cancel any subscriptions you may have purchased with them.
