Help with billing error

  Hello- this issue was closed but not resolved so I am submitting it again.

  MY INITIAL POST:
  I’m working on last year’s business taxes and see that I was charged twice last year, although I had previously cancelled the redirect and there’s no record of this in my wordpress.com account.

  Hi Rebecca,

  Is the user account rebeccawisephotography also your account? If so, I see a domain mapping renewal for $13.00 for rebeccawisephotography.com that was charged on 2014-03-15

  There weren’t actually two charges there, though – just one charge and one card authorization. At this point, the charge is too old for us to be able to refund it, but I’ve removed the upgrade so you won’t be charged again.

  Does this clear this up?

  MY RESPONSE:
  rebeccawisephotography is not my account. The two charges debited from my bank account are listed above, but there is no record of this in my wordpress.com account.
